At Oner Active, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your activewear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are free of makeup or sweat marks to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
